Rebeca Cunningham

I love creating meaningful experiences that spark children's curiosity and imagination. Whether we're exploring a new country, discovering how something in nature works, or getting creative with art and sensory play, I believe the best learning happens when children are excited to explore.

One of my greatest joys is helping children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. I hope every child leaves Orange Daisy with wonderful memories, lasting friendships, and the kindness and respect to make a positive difference wherever they go.

Fun Fact: I am always thinking of new projects to do. Non-stop.

Belen Cassani

Teacher

I love learning from the children just as much as they learn from me. Watching the unique ways they explore, discover, and grow reminds me every day why I love what I do.

One of my favorite ways to teach is through food. I enjoy preparing meals that encourage children to try new foods, explore different flavors, and build healthy eating habits.

More than anything, I hope the children leave our program remembering the importance of kindness, respect, and good table manners—lessons they can carry with them throughout their lives.

Fun Fact: I have participated in art competitions and exhibits internationally!

I love seeing the world through the eyes of children. Their creativity, curiosity, and imagination are truly inspiring, and working with them reminds me to embrace the joy and wonder in everyday life.

One of my favorite parts of the day is breakfast time. It's when the children excitedly share stories about their evenings and weekends. Listening to their adventures, big imaginations, and funny conversations always starts the day with smiles and laughter.

I hope the children remember Orange Daisy as a place where learning was so much fun that it never felt like "school." More than anything, I hope they remember the friendships they made, the confidence they built, and that our classroom felt like one big, loving family.

Fun Fact: I love learning about different cultures, but the Japanese culture is one that I am most enthusiastic about.

I love building relationships with the children and watching them grow in confidence each day. One of the greatest joys of being at Orange Daisy is seeing their smiling faces when I walk through the door and knowing they feel comfortable, safe, and excited to spend time together.

Whether we're playing outside, reading stories, or simply sharing conversations throughout the day, I hope each child feels encouraged, supported, and cared for. I want them to know they are important and that they always have someone cheering them on.

Fun Fact: The children know my van so well that whenever they see one that looks like it around town, they excitedly think it's me!

Orange Daisy has been a much welcomed change from the traditional daycare! Ms Rebeca and Ms Belen truly care about my daughter and son and their communication is top notch. My son stopped crying at drop off within his first week with Ms Rebeca. He had cried everyday at drop off for 3+ years prior to switching. Not only is he happier, but he has also developed a love for science experiments and imaginative play. The meals are nutritious - they somehow even convinced my son to eat chicken! All these thing are in addition to the benefits of being exposed to Spanish at such a young age. We are so lucky of have found this daycare!
